Seed Offerings and Availability

All seeds sold here are grown on a small, non-commercial scale. I am not a corporate seed company. Seed stewardship is a craft and a long-term commitment for me. Offerings vary from year to year based on seasonal conditions, weather, and growing space. Availability and variety will naturally expand and contract over time.

Seed Purchase Policy

At this time, I only ship within the United States. I cannot accept or ship international or Canadian orders due to customs regulations and high shipping costs.

For your security, I accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, and PayPal for online purchases. A valid email address and phone number are required for order confirmation and fraud prevention. Personal contact information is used only to process your order.

Pricing

These seeds are produced through hands-on, small-batch growing, including planting, tending, seed cleaning, drying, packaging, and record-keeping. Pricing reflects this labor, the time required for careful stewardship, and the preservation work involved.

Some varieties are grown in collaboration with other independent seed stewards or plant breeders. When applicable, breeder royalties are included, and profits are shared fairly.

Shipping and Processing Time

Most orders are processed and shipped within 2–4 business days. During peak gardening seasons, harvest periods, or when academic and work responsibilities are high, processing may extend to 7–10 business days. Any longer delays will be noted on the website.

Orders are shipped via United States Postal Service (USPS). Delivery typically takes 2–10 days depending on region and postal volume.

Once a package has been placed into the USPS system, I cannot guarantee delivery timing or condition. Delays caused by postal service issues, weather, holidays, or other circumstances are outside of my control.

Shipping Fees

Shipping fees cover postage, padded mailers, packaging materials, and payment processing costs. I do not inflate shipping rates. These fees simply allow the work of seed preservation to remain sustainable.

Seed Packaging

Seeds are packaged in small envelopes or labeled packets suitable for small-scale seed distribution. Each packet is labeled in accordance with Federal Seed Law and the State of Kentucky Seed Regulations. Smaller seeds may be packaged in internal mini-bags for protection.

All sales are final.
